Nutzungen errichtet. Es werden 24 Wohneinheiten, 2 B\u00fcroeinheiten und eine gro\u00dfe Einzelhandelsfl\u00e4che im Erdgeschoss generiert. Seine \u00e4u\u00dfere Erscheinung reagiert analog auf die \u00f6rtliche st\u00e4dtebauliche Situation und transportiert diese mittels einer modernen, dreidimensionalen Rahmenwerkfassade ins 21.
