Mehrfamilienhaus in Heinsberg

In Oberbruch, Heinsberg, we are planning the refurbishment of seven existing apartment buildings and the construction of nine new apartment buildings to KFW55 standards in the former factory estate from the 1920s and 1930s. Under the name “New Living in Oberbruch”, we are thus generating around 140 new apartments. The first of the nine new 3-storey residential buildings is in the final stages of completion. With its elegantly designed façades, the strikingly minimalist new building is a modern reinterpretation of the surrounding existing buildings. The apartment building comprises a total of 11 residential units of different sizes.
