Multi-family house in Heinsberg

In Oberbruch, Heinsberg, we are planning the renovation of seven existing multi-family houses in the former factory settlement from the 1920s and 1930s, as well as the new construction of nine multi-family houses in accordance with KFW55. We are thus generating around 140 new apartments under the name “New Living in Oberbruch”. The first of the nine new 3-storey residential buildings is in the final stages of completion. The strikingly minimalistic new building with its elegantly designed facades is a modern reinterpretation of the surrounding existing buildings. The apartment building comprises a total of 11 residential units of different sizes.
